Announcement of the activation of training programs as part of the supportive programs and initiatives aimed at empowering citizens in the industrial sector, such as:
1. “IndustrialistsProgram”in collaboration between the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology and the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis) to curity, safety, food and beverages, iron, and paper, alongside financial support for salaries.
2. Announcement of a job fair on October 24, 2023, lasting for 3 days, during which participating factories in the "IndustrialistsProgram" will meet with job seekers to introduce the program's benefits and facilitate the hiring process.
3. Academic programs in cooperation with accredited government educational institutions, practical and vocational training programs in collaboration with local and international private sector companies, enabling citizens to acquire knowledge, experience, and specialized skills that enhance their employment opportunities.
4. Training and professional development opportunities locally and internationally and the support provided by the Nafis program to enhance job security for those in the private sector.
5. The Nafis Award targeting outstanding citizens in the private sector and establishments that excel in supporting Emiratization.
6. ADNOC's initiative to create 5,000 job opportunities in private sector companies as part of the Value-Added Program.
7. Highlight Nafis achievement since September 2021 and the increase in Emiratis benefited from the financial and trainings support.
8. Highlight the efforts of the Education and Human Resources Council in preparing students for the job market.
9. Highlight the key services provided by the AD Economic Development Department to citizens in the field of entrepreneurship, as well as the department's policies and initiatives to support Emiratization in the private and industrial sectors specifically.
10. Changing youth perceptions about working in the private sector by exploring success stories of leaders and young professionals and their impact on their career paths, including inspiring experiences of Emirati women working in factories and the oil fields.
